Flyers
The artists is responsible for submitting their own flyers. We recommended www.unitedprint.ch online printers. They are inexpensive, qualitative and efficient.
Flyers should be submitted to Bruno at the AWC office or librarian in person 2 weeks before the exhibition start date (on the 15th of the month prior to your exhibition), and if desired, they can be included in the mailing of the Round Robin (approximately 500 members). Please follow up with the RR Editor Karin Rudin.
Biography
Artists are encouraged to submit a brief biography (max. 250 words) and a high resolution photo of a selected piece of artwork to the Club magazine, The Round Robin. Please contact editor@awzurich.org for submissions guidelines and deadlines as soon as you have completed and returned your contract to exhibit at the Club. Your text should be submitted at least 1.5 month prior to your exhibition start date.
You will also be the featured artist of the month on the AWC website www.awczurich.org. If there is more than one artist, we will include all artists if desired. Please send your jpeg. image and text to webcorrection@awczurich.org.
We recommend that the artist hang a profile with hers or his contact information which is visible during the course of the exhibition.
Delivering your work
Parking is available for deliveries behind the clubhouse. Enter the driveway on the left of the club and turn right. Your art may be loading into the freight elevators.

Hanging the works
Hanging your art should take place on the last day of the month and is the responsibility of the artist. The exhibition rooms have a standard picture hanging system. Please note no nails or screws are permitted. We only exhibit works which hang on the walls. Please refrain from exhibiting erotic works as the rooms are used for children's activities. Removing of the work should take place on the last day of the month.
There are hanging supplies (strings and hooks) in a box labeled Art At The Club in the silver aluminum cabinet across from the elevator. It is recommended to view the hanging system before arrival. Some artists find that bringing their own vinyl hanging cables is more efficient. Hanging cables can be purchased at Micasa.ch or at Boesner.ch. These are the recommended hanging systems.
The artists is responsible for insuring his or her work.
The Opening
The artists should e-mail their opening dates and time requests for their vernissages as soon as possible to: Scheduler@awczurich.org. We recommend the 1st Saturday of the month as the AWC library is also open and more members are likely to attend. This is optional and should be requested upon booking your show.
The Finissage
The Finissage is planned on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 13-16hrs.
All catering arrangements and cost for the Opening and the Finissage is the responsibility of the artist. The artists is responsible for leaving the space as it was found, including all areas used (i.e. the kitchen, bathrooms, child care, etc.).
